Tuesday:
4:00pm-6:00pm - Wind Ensemble rehearsal after school
Wednesday:
8am - Big Band (Jazz Band) will meet in the Band Hall for their 2nd rehearsal.
6:00pm - WHS Winter Concert (Required and graded performance for ALL band students)
Attire: Professional/Dressy (dress pants/socks/shoes/shirts for gentlemen; school-appropriate dress or dress pants and dressy tops)
***Lack of appropriate dress will result in dismissal from concert and a 0 for the performance grade***
Concert Schedule:
5:45 - Orchestra CALL TIME on stage
6:00 - Orch performs; stay and watch rest of concert
6:00 - Concert Band CALL TIME in Band Hall; wait to move onstage
6:30 - Concert Band performs; stay and watch rest of concert
6:10 - Percussion Ensembles CALL TIME in Perc Studio
6:45 - Percussion Ensembles perform
6:30 - Symphonic Winds CALL TIME Band Hall; wait to move onstage
7:05 - Symphonic Winds performs; stay and watch rest of concert
7:00 - Wind Ensemble CALL TIME in Band Hall; wait to move onstage
7:35 - Wind Ensemble Performs

All-Region Auditions
6A Phase One - Alto Sax, Trumpets, Tenor Trombones, Tuba, Percussion
5:15pm - Arrive at Taylor HS (KATY)
6:00 - Auditions start
***Students are to provide their own transportiation to/from the event.***
Saturday:
All-Region Auditions
***All Phase 2 and NON-PHASED instruments***
8:15am - Arrive at Taylor HS (KATY)
9:00 - Auditions start

- If any WHS Band students are interested in helping as ushers, setup crew/stage crew/tear down crew, program hand-er out-ers, etc., please talk to Mr. Brunson or Mr. Gonzalez. Any WHS Percussion students who want to help with equipment, please talk to Mr. Salisbury.
