Tuesday: UIL Region 23 Marching Contest

• 4:00pm - Rehearsal/Runs
• 5:30 - Estimated Departure Time
• 6:15 - Arrive at Katy Rhodes Stadium
• 7:00 - Warm Up
• 7:45 - UIL Performance of Hieroglyphics
• 8:30 - Load Buses
• 8:45 - Depart Katy Rhodes Stadium
• 9:30 - Arrive at Westside HS/Uniform Check-In
• 10:00 - Band Hall Closes

Wednesday:

• No Rehearsal

Thursday:

• No Rehearsal 
• Leadership and Volunteer Band play for PRIDE at 4:00pm

Friday: Westside VS Reagan at Delmar Stadium (Senior Night)

• 4:15pm - Run Hieroglyphics
• 4:30 - Load Trucks
• 5:00 - Depart Westside HS
• 5:30 - Arrive at Delmar Stadium for Senior Night Presentation
• 7:00 - Kickoff
• appx. 10:00 - Game ends/Load Trucks
• appx. 10:45 - Arrive at Westside HS/Uniform Check-In
• appx. 11:15 - Band Hall Closes
