Greetings, Wolf Band students and parents!
Firstly, the Directors want to congratulate everyone on a great run at the LCISD Marching Festival! It's nice having all your hard work reflected in the rating and "hardware" (trophy!). Parents/Chaperones, thank you for making that whole experience a pleasant one! Now, if someone can just make it cooler outside, that would be great...
Secondly, a word about health: please keep yourselves healthy! As the weather changes, bugs start going around. Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids (water, juice, the healthy stuff) and eating as smart as possible. We ask that you stay as healthy as possible for the next seven days before UIL (eeeeek!) because we need every eligible student at every rehearsal, from now until UIL next Tuesday evening! Of course, if you HAVE to miss due to illness, please communicate that with us as much in advance as possible via the absence button/form located on the main page!

Wednesday: PSAT Testing Schedule
PSAT 7:55-12:00 (4 hours)

Lunch A 12:00-12:45 (45 minutes)
4th period (ADA) 12:00-12:50 (50 minutes)
OR
B LUNCH
4th period (ADA) 12:50 – 1:35 (45 min)
Lunch B 12:55-1:35 (40 minutes)
2th period 1:40-2:25 (45 minutes)
6th period 2:30-3:15 (45 minutes)
Because of the PSAT schedule, we will NOT have private lessons this week. They will resume next Wednesday when our schedule is back to normal.
4pm-5pm: Low Brass Master Class with Mr. Villarreal (in Band Hall)
FREE to all WHS Low Brass students! Please attend if you want to be a better low brass musician!

Saturday: UIL Clinic (SET YOUR ALARMS!)
8:30am - Meet at Westside HS/Load Trucks/Uniform Checkout
9:00 - Depart Westside HS for Tompkins HS Stadium (Katy ISD)
9:30 - Arrive @ Tompkins HS
9:45 - Stretch/Fundamentals
10:15 - Run-through of Show
10:30 - Cleaning/comments
12:00pm - Production Runs of Show
12:45 - Clinic ends
