Thursday 9/8
3:45pm-6:45pm After School Rehearsal
We ARE rehearsing with PRIDE this afternoon, so please have your Pop Tunes (Time of Our Lives) in your flip folder, IN ADDITION to all other necessary materials for rehearsal .
6:30pm-7:30pm Music Booster Meeting in Choir Room
Friday 9/9
NO FRIDAY NIGHT GAME! (SATURDAY INSTEAD)
Saturday 9/10 - SET YOUR ALARM!!
1:30pm - Band Hall opens
2:00pm-3:30pm - Rehearsal/Runs
4:00pm - Depart Westside HS
5:00pm - Arrive at Mercer Stadium (Fort Bend ISD)
6:00pm - Kickoff!
appx. 9:00pm - Game Ends; load trucks/buses
appx. 9:20pm - Depart Mercer Stadium
appx. 10:00pm - Arrive at Westside HS; unload trucks/buses; uniform check-in
*Band Hall closes 30 minutes after our arrival time. Make sure you have a ride!
Band Fee Payment #2 was due this week; please turn money in to the cash box in Mr. G's office!
