Here are some updates for Week 2:
Thursday 9/1

• Band Fee Payment 2 DUE!
• No PRIDE rehearsal (we did so well, they don't need to run through it again!)
• 3:45pm-6:45pm Rehearsal

Friday 9/2 - NOTE new times!!!

• 4:00pm - Leave WHS 
• 7:00pm - Kickoff!
• appx. 9:30pm - Load buses at end of 3rd quarter
• appx. 9:45pm - Depart Memorial Stadium
• appx. 11:45pm - Arrive at WHS; unload/uniform check-in

***Band Hall will close 30 minutes after our arrival time; make sure you have a ride!

Welcome to Game Day, a glorious day across the great State of Texas!

Reminders: 

• Make sure you have all your items/equipment for our rehearsal at Cub Stadium this afternoon AND for our game this evening. 
• Come directly to the band hall at the end of 4th period today. DO NOT check in to 5th period (unless you're already going there for 5th pd band); there will NOT be an announcement made!!!
• If you have not already, double (and triple/quadruple) check that you have a ride ready to pick you up tonight--it will be a late night!
• Make sure you have your phone handy (but not visible) at tonight's game so you can text/call parents when we leave the Cub Stadium AND when we're 30 minutes away from campus--don't wait until we arrive back to campus to call!
• Don't be the last one to get picked up--band hall closes 30 minutes after our arrival time!!!
• Parents/Supporters: Stay tuned to our social media accounts (including our new Twitter account @WHSWolfBand) for any updates to our schedule!

Good morning Wolf Band students and supporters!

As we approach our first football game at Brenham this Friday, here are some details to note:

Thursday 8/25:
3:45-6:45pm - After School Rehearsal
6:45pm - Wolf Band Preview Night! (please note the time change; it was previously list incorrectly for 6:30). 

• Parents/Supporters/Friends, we will begin our Preview Night by watching your 2016-2017 Wolf Band perform the first movement of this year's show, Gypsy Dances!
• Following this, we'll move inside to the band hall and have a short informational meeting with Mr. Brunson. If you have any questions still unanswered, please ask a director at that time!

Friday 8/26: GAME DAY!

• 12:30pm - Get out of class to get uniforms and load on the bus 
• 1:45pm - Leave WHS 
• 3:10pm-5:10pm - Rehearse at Brenahm Cub Stadium (Band shakos, Black socks, band shoes, black shorts, OFFICIAL Wolf Band t-shirt--NOT Gypsy Dances!)
• 5:30pm - Eat!!!
• 7:00pm - Kickoff!

• appx.10:00pm - Game Ends
• appx.10:15pm - Load Buses/Trucks
• appx.10:25pm - Depart Cub Stadium
