Good afternoon Wolf Band! The following are some important reminders and updates for this week:

Tuesday:
4:00pm-7:00pm - Regularly scheduled rehearsal

• Students: make sure you have washer set, music, and other rehearsal essentials. We are learning ALL of movement 2, and possibly some of the Pre-Show Theatrics (if time and weather allow).
• In the event of rain, we will have indoor rehearsal either in the band hall or in the gym. In case of severe weather conditions, we will follow campus/district cancellations and alert students and families as soon as possible.

Wednesday:
4:00pm-7:00pm - Regularly scheduled rehearsal

Thursday/Game Day:

3:30 - Call Time in Band Hall; Load Trucks/Uniform Check-Out
3:45 - LEADERSHIP plays Let's Get Loud for PRIDE in Rehearsal Lot
4:30 - Load Buses
4:45 - Leave Westside HS
6:00 - Arrive at Delmar Stadium
7:00 - Kickoff
appx. 10:00 - Game Ends
appx. 10:45 - Arrive at Westside HS/Uniform Check-In

Make sure to bring your marching shoes (Freshmen get them Thursday), athletic shorts, and long black socks to wear with your uniform Thursday. 

Thursday you'll receive from us: gloves (all), marching shoes (Freshmen), and your band shirt (all), as well as the rest of your uniform.

Schedule for Thursday: 2nd Period, Homeroom, then ALL band students take A Lunch, then report to Band Hall @ 12:30 for uniform checkout. Do NOT report to 4th Period.
