July Letter

The July letter, containing a cover letter about the August camp, medical form, August calendar, band fee breakdown and payment schedule, and other important information will be mailed out during the the first week of July. Please be on the lookout! If you do not receive it, we probably do not have correct imformation for you. Please contact Ms. Porter via email to receive the information.

THERE ARE CORRECTIONS TO THE LETTER:

1. For the DCI show, it is stated that there are currently THREE tickets left. This is incorrect. There are now FIVE tickets available (as of 6/30/09)

2. Medical Form: If you decide to mail the form to the school, the zip code at the bottom is incorrect. The correct zip code is 77077

3. Calendar: The event listed on Saturday, August 15th (Region meeting @ Johnston MS) is NOT for students or parents. It is for directors only
