HISD MARCHING CONTEST INFORMATION

What: HISD Marching Contest

Where: Delmar Stadium (1900 Mangum Road)

When: Saturday, October 25^th

• 7:30 AM Report to WHS
• 7:45 AM Depart on Buses
• 8:15 AM Arrive and Unload
• 8:45 AM Warm-up
• 9:15 AM PERFORMANCE!!
• 9:45 AM Load and Depart
• 10:30 AM               Arrive back to WHS

Remember:

• EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST/LUNCH!!
• Instruments/Props
• Uniform and Accessories (no jewelry and hair pulled back and up)
• Band Shoes and BLACK DRESS Socks
• Bring extra reeds, valve oil, etc.
• CLEAN and SHINNY brass instruments
• We will depart IN UNIFORM!! No time for changing on the bus!!
